2011 NASA Championship set for Mid-Ohio
October 8, 2010Lexington, OH - The National Auto Sport Association championship will return to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course next year. The 2011 championships at Mid-Ohio are September 8-11.
NASA will operate the next two championship events at Mid-Ohio before selecting a west coast venue to host the event the next two years.
"Our first National Championship event happened at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, so wo in a way it feels as if we are getting back home. The NASA membership loves this facility. The local hospitality is second to none," national chairman Ryan Flaherty said. "We are excited to host our sixth annual Championship event and expect to see the best racers in the country compete for the most comprehensive contingency offered to amateur racers anywhere."
